The cockpit was designed to welcome 3 persons, which was the original set up in the first version.

I went for messy and weathered, to contrast with the space shuttle.

The Space Station was orignally designed by director Pierre Perifel, I took over after him to develop the whole thing.

One of its influence was the last image (from Franquin).

The idea was the Bad Guys would use super cheap material they'd scavenge around the warehouse.
