i was always hesitant about combining both, but if Larian can make it work (at least i think they use both) then why not give it a shot?

Typically you just pay and you're on your way, only the US (and sometimes Canada) has that slow back and forth system with the waitstaff. Sometimes with the touchscreen systems there'll be a tip option, just skip that.

Not even that long ago, but I remember using the monthly Azure credits with the company MSDN subscription to play around with various services and learned a lot doing so.
