Le CICR alerte sur une dégradation critique du système de santé dans l’est de la RDC. Dans un communiqué publié le 17 juin, l’organisation évoque un risque d’effondrement dans les zones les plus exposées, où les violences entravent l’accès aux soins, provoquent la fuite du personnel et fragilisent les structures médicales. Selon l'organisation, la vie de milliers de personnes pourrait être menacée.
