Barayin is a framework for building out voluntary and inclusive national infrastructure which includes UBI, cooperative national guilds, and microeconomy based extended friends and family households.
Infrastructure in general is arranged in a very poor fashion that makes it prone to failure, including control. Only when the average person is able to take meaningful part in infrastructure building will things truly change for the better.

Give the community creative freedom and if there's a disagreement it can simply split and two separate canons can be introduced. If there's later reconciliation they can be reintegrated.

Whereas in the past we had to hope and wait that market research would lead to a corporation creating a product close to what we wanted, the next wave of consumer choice will allow us to take more direct control of what is available in the first place.

Small scale creators and and must leverage automation and cooperative networks to create local systems of production, centered around group interests. That's where guilds come in to connect makers with consumers, while helping to foster the needed skills and interests to ensure those makers exist.
