I have a pretty narrow range of stuff I play (OSR D&D) but its nice to hear about the range of TTRPG experiences out there. One way I do it is via this TTRPG review channel, which covers some really different games: www.youtube.com/@DaveThaumav...

If you are an indie RPG creator, maybe now is the time to push your stuff out there and get louder?

Of all the social media sites, I'm actually loving Discord & Blogger the most.
Blogs are such a great way to convey ideas, and it can even be a mood, check this out: dndwithpornstars.blogspot.com/2024/01/the-...

Somewhat more detailed view of #TheCompendium.
Artistically, it's very pleasing (these here are the inhabitants of the Grey Fortress).
The text is for the most part, but some pages that would've been hard to read were replaced with printed text.
Dozens of pages of useful random tables.

So, an OSR game supplement was created for a non-existent video game called Vermis, then someone made the game.
Is this how you get a game you want made?

@unclefes.bsky.social I used to be a hex crawler but since I discovered point-crawls that's now my preference. I find its easier to be one step ahead of the party if I constrain their options!
