With the Gourde and Bjorkstrand deal, Tampa has been without a first round pick since 2023. And now all the way to 2027. Tampa has made 2 first round selections since 2018 with Nolan Foote and Issac Howard. 2018-27, 2 total first round picks in that time, assuming none are acquired. #GoBolts

Maybe if the canucks can get it going our first round pick can be in play to get more supporting pieces, potentially boeser too but we shall see. Regardless, today was a tough day to be a Canucks fan.

The pieces we got in return are okay, hopefully we can sign marcus to something long term. I know its been awhile since EP40 but he deserves at least the start of next year. Tendinopathy can only be treated with rest and you are at its mercy until its healthy. 2/2.

Say what you want about Petey but one of them had to go. I wish it worked out but here we are. Trust me, I love both players but i will reserve my judgement of EP40 until next season. His knees are still clearly hurt, his analytics show it. Glad we got some pieces in return 1/2

What a win by the boys. Glad to see Miller add to his stock value, wish he could stay but i think he's on his way out. Or perhaps he can rewrite his destiny if things get going? #Canucks
