What synchronicity, I was JUST gifted an early birthday present - a 250 year old heirloom starter! How cool! I’ll be honest, I’m a bit intimidated as I’m scared to ruin it. It’s like holding a newborn baby in a way lol. And yes, delish hobby + given my sensitive tummy, it’s the most tolerable bread.

Where in Florida? We moved back down here last July. We live on the central gulf coast. We have nephews who are of mixed ethnicity and we’re scared for them (along with being scared for everyone else who are the targets of ICE, of course). We haven’t seen any activity… yet. Keeping a close eye out.
