I like 8 bits better than 64 bits, that's just too many bits!

I build and "fix" (older/homebrew) computers.
They're sometimes fixed! (I hope.)
I got a few goodies from the System Source Swapmeet. Met up with a few cool dudes and dapper-looking fellas.

I can't wait for Tropico 7 to come out!

My first game was 3 when I played it around 2014(?). Then I played the demo of Tropico 4 around 2015 and when I went to get it at GameStop, the guy told me that Tropico 5 had come out, so I just had to get it.

Loved it and 6. I can't wait for 7!

I was told that the Canadian budget was coming up and that (i think) if it doesn't get approved the Canadian parliament gets a vote of no confidence and it inspired me to make this meme of a tim hortons on fire.

There is hope.

Everytime I get on tiktok it keeps getting tainted by chopped lookings chuds staring at a camera barely elaborating why they think beating your gay kid is a good thing.

Constantly I've been trying to get back to actual memes and tech but it keeps going back.

There are many things I regret doing

Buying that Heathkit-

Getting into Evangelion-

Etcetera-

But the things you'll see me really regret is stuff I'm so conflicted on myself.

This may just be sleep-deprived me speaking-

I won't take shit from others about my mistakes, but I do from myself..

I don't think Republicans were any self-aware with this ad.

"Following this election Virginia will be controlled by one party."

Yeah, no shit, look whos talking.

Most brainless people I've ever met.

Finally fixed the PS2 console.

Was a pain but probably not as much as others have gone through.

I couldn't agree more.

Unfortunately this is also one of the biggest issues with the "Just put Linux on it" movement. It's great for power users and nerds, but the wild variation of Linux distributions makes troubleshooting for non power users very hard.

(older photo) I'm working on a test section of the BackPack that alternatively could also be used as a standalone unit if I planned it to be.

This is for the SAA1099 Sound chip. It has two sound channels that I'll feed into the single mono channel on the TI994/A, along with the Speech Synth soon.

Thanks in part to a kind donation from one of our supportive Texas Instruments retro computer clients, plus a great sale by #3dprintingcan on the amazing #BambuLab P1S Combo we have upgraded our OPA workshop.

What should we design/print 1st?

I think you're blocked from the Fallout Charity account for being a complete dick.

Most of your posts make you look like a complete snob.

We lost Dennis Ritchie on this day 14 years ago.
Father of the C programming language. Co-developer of Unix.

Never forget the man who helped build the foundation of modern computing, yet whose passing was so brutally overshadowed by a sleazy salesman who disowned his own daughter.
