the military only goes where it is ordered to go... someone would have to tell them to remove him.... that would be Congress or the President... even the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs can only do so much without Congressional approval.

an algorithm is only as good as the coding... I would love to see what the rules or instructions are that purportedly determine waste or fraud.
