Even when it doesn't get basic facts about the game wrong or hallucinate plot details like this, it's still vapid, worthless shite that is immediately easy to spot. I always think back to this one I came across last year. Love me a game that features a good Japanese region code.

- Cass Review currently having a devastating effect on the mental health of trans people. Bass Review would not only address this, but bring extra benefits due to the proven mood-lifting effect of existing in the same world as brand new fishing rod controllers. A clear win for trans healthcare.

Consider:

- Cass Review widely criticised for misinformation, while Sega Bass Fishing probably gets at least a few things right about bass. More scientifically sound.

- No agenda: Just wants all people to enjoy catching digital fish.

- Cass Review doesn't have synergy with Soulcalibur.

Proposal: Scrap the Cass Review in favour of the Bass Review, a plan to rework trans healthcare in accordance with the values established in Sega Bass Fishing. Which basically entails leaving trans people alone and focusing on more important things like Dreamcast era 3D fish and bespoke controllers.

I do have a tiny PVM, but no, this is just a low level consumer CRT from Orion. I guess maybe just the RGB SCART connection though. Tends to flatter even lower end displays.

Game rules, but you don't need me to tell you that. Don't know why I bounced off it so many times over the years, and it's just about the only really famous PS1 RPG that I haven't beaten at some point or another. Will be sad when it's gone. The gaming industry did not deserve Yasumi Matsuno.

As a first time FFT player currently about thirty hours into the game (not the remaster, just a happy coincidence), I've been encouraged to see that my personal pastime of yelling at Algus for being the fucking worst is, in fact, a well-established tradition for longtime fans. This fucking guy.

So this guy was pretty much wrong about everything.

Argath aka Algus yells "Animals have no God!!" like a jerk. The original translation of Final Fantasy Tactics is notoriously rough, but I always liked how blunt this line was.

It's a good one! I'm still not a huge fan of how locked down the levels are (Dread was a wee bit like that too, though I think it's even more stark here), but atmosphere and vibes are off the charts good. <3

Much, much better in my experience! Plays basically everything I've tried at fullspeed without frameskipping. Interface is about as barebones as they come, but it's fantastic otherwise. I finished Golden Sun with no issues, and I know that one can be a headache for some emulators.
