I remember when my siblings and I wanted a dog, my mom got as all a plant. If we can keep it alive for 6 months, she said she’ll think about it. We did. And then she got us a gold fish and said if we can keep the fish alive for 6 month, then we can get a dog. We had plants, fish, and a great dog!
