Two young women, Phoebe and Helen, sit at a panel table in front of a media backdrop featuring logos of children's charities including NSPCC, Barnardo’s, The Children’s Society, Action for Children, and the National Children’s Bureau. Phoebe wears a light purple shirt and Helen wears a colorful floral top. Both have lanyards and name cards in front of them, with microphones and glasses of water on the table. A wide shot of a conference room filled with seated attendees facing a panel discussion. At the front, a group of speakers—including Phoebe and Helen—sit at a long table, with a backdrop of charity logos behind them. A presentation screen to the left displays the name "Councillor Catherine Faulks, Lead Member for Family and Children’s Services, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea." The atmosphere is formal and attentive. A wide shot of a conference room filled with seated attendees facing a panel discussion.
