Man I remember Sewer Shark for the Sega CD. Actual filmed video cutscenes?!?! What amazing technology CD's offered. Horrible game though, just dire.
It makes me feel so old seeing 20-somethings interested in these ancient antiques from my childhood.

My friends tried to sell me on this game, and it looks cool but man I just don't have it in me for hardcore PvP and grindy online games. But I find it hopeful and inspiring that the solo lobby has decided to be mostly no-pvp, like humans are mostly good and don't want to fuck each other over.

I was excited about this update but man, watching The Librarian play through I'm not sure this version is quite ready for prime time. So many major bugs and dangerously rough edges. But also so many incredibly cool new changes. Shit seems so much harder but also more immersive.
