Theory: They invented The Gun, drawing another parallel to modern-day weaponry ala Javelins of Light/nukes. More political commentary ensues with a side of gun control.

If I do, it'd probably be akin to what I suggested earlier this year where I'd be more of an observer rather than a contributor.

I won't rule out the possibility of new fics, but given everything, I'd likely limit myself to oneshots/collections. (Multichaps proved too much of an investment, alas.)

I don't say this with full confidence -- the simultaneous presence of Adult Sothis and Crests/Hero's Relics throws a monkey wrench into things, and one could interpret Sothis's line as a fourth-wall break -- but I think it's the more practical direction. What say you?
