Despite the name, a rather nice fellow just trying to survive in the fascist hellscape of 2025 America.
"Premium Rush" with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, a bike-based action movie. Certainly nothing life-changing, but I remember it being a breezy and enjoyable film.

Aww, thanks! Most of it is the excellent Dummy 13 model, which I've had a lot of fun with, along with every compatible hand I could find.

If you've got a printer, it's worth running one out at least once. At regular size, they don't use a whole lot of filament.

Oh, you *can* use Blender. I have. But, yeah, it's like trying to use a spatula to paint your walls. Not really the right tool for the job. Using *anything* else is a good idea.

I did the head, chest, and the three attachments in the lower left in Blender, for what it's worth.

Oh yeah, that is great. Usually I'm trying to rush something, so, yeah... it's rare. 😀

I really need to get my Kobra Max going again. It's got a weird problem that I've been butting my head up against for a while now.

I am in no way an expert, but the best thing I learned early on was to run a temperature test tower on every roll of filament, followed by a retraction tower. Getting those two settings right can make a big difference.

Video is for Cura slicer, but there's instructions for whichever you're using.

Or, if you're an absolute masochist, Blender. 😋

I'll have to check out FreeCad, thanks!

Oh yeah. I had to stop myself sometimes, realizing that what I was about to spend a few hours designing and printing was a $1.29 part at the hardware store down the street, but it's incredibly handy for all the things that aren't.

(And the occasional silly toy.)

Yes, there are apps. Give Polycam a try. From what I hear, it's a bit of fussing to get something usable out of any of them, but I've seen people do it.

In any case, enjoy the printer!

Just gotta say, I'm lovin' these Squishies!

Very nice work! I recently splurged on the third-party (well, fourth, technically) take on Menasor called "Tigerwing", so I've been staring at them a lot lately. You got a lot of personality out of their designs!

Thank you very much! If I get something playable, I'll let you know.

As someone who's recently started coding his game again, I take...

Hang on, gotta go take care of something completely unrelated.

Ha, I have the same horns! You wear them far better, though. 😀

I have not. Thanks for the recommendation.

Ugh. Good luck. Wish I could help, but I haven't torn into mine that far yet.

I don't love that, but I've replaced nearly everything else, so I was definitely thinking about it.

Did that solve your problem?

I may just be a simple country hyper-chicken, but I'm pretty sure that following the Constitution is the exact opposite of sedition.

That's fair. A single choice doesn't bring you to a Cybertruck. That's an entire chain of decisions.

Why do you keep calling me?!?

Aww, she is the cutest kitty (that isn't one of mine)! 😁
