For every one of these Executive Branch horror stories - GOP congresspeople (especially in contested districts) should be asked their position every time - often. None of this happens if the GOP doesn't continue to enable.

I feel like our FO has "smartest in the room" syndrome. Have to zig when everyone zags. And then they're shocked when the proven commodities outperform their gambles.

I feel like it's easy as a fan to forget that you need a FO who not only is willing to spend/take risks but to do it more than a bunch of other teams.

So what was the shutdown for then? Despite blatant media ads from the GOP blaming the Dems, MAGA-land felt the anger last Tuesday. So what now? Give up apparently. So, so, so stupid.
