Actually, you do. You just update your W4 with your employer and write "exempt". Just make sure to save what you will likely owe and then you gain interest on your money instead of the government earning it. It's very easy to do.

There is such a thing as an "administrative warrant," which is not a judicial warrant. ICE has been trying to fool a lot of people by saying they have "a warrant," when all they have is an administrative warrant.
