Dubbing tame pensioners as ‘terrorists’ makes a farce out of the Terrorism Act
It’s a funny old world when Margaret Thatcher had a greater sense of individual liberty than Keir Starmer

A deal with EU which undoes some of the damage done by Boris’s oven ready surrender.
A slight reduction in the amount that the original deal is costing every man, woman and child currently about £1800 per annum. Further to go yet.

So I now have a Reform M.P.
Watch this space and maybe find out what policies they stand for. The literature delivered daily in the build up to the election did not answer the major question ”How?”

Trade deals with US and India should bring benefits to our economy but the big deal which is being negotiated next week is with the EU. Tariff free trade across the EU would produce benefits of far greater significance. Like minded countries should be working to abolish tariffs.

It takes the Supreme Court to state the obvious definition of what is a woman. This could have been decided long ago and we could have been concentrating on rights for trans people consistent with that definition. I don’t see the decision as a cause for celebration and champagne.

So Trump’s peace deal is a Ukrainian surrender. What will he do when Putin manufactures an excuse to continue his incursion? I hope UK is strong enough to keep Trump at arm’s length and have closer relations with our real allies.

Should the UK prioritise trade with the E.U. or the US?
The EU appears a more reliable partner as long as Trump is in the Whitehouse.
I believe the answer to Trump’s tariffs is for as many other countries as possible to enter into free trade agreements.
The UK needs to reverse Brexit.

The maniac has blinked. Now lets hope someone with some sense takes control of the financial chaos do that our jobs and pensions are protected.

Pleased to see the size of the protests against Trump in America. The truth of the financial damage he is causing is beginning belatedly to be realised. My pension fund has lost 10% in two days.

When do we reach the point when Trump realises the colossal damage he is doing to the global economy and most of all to the American people. 63% of his voters have already realised.

Trump watches global markets being devalued, including in America ignoring fear of a global recession and that we all depend on those markets for our pensions. Starmer’s soft ball has not worked. Europe is to play hardball and so should we. Instead of easing taxes on big tec we should double them.

Trump officials abuse BBC reporters and suggest they return to the uk as the US is not interested in what UK thinks
The so called “leader of the free world” just lost his title.

It appears that the tariff on cars going into the USA from Nato countries will impact the GDP of those countries to the extent that even if they increase their contributions to NATO to 2.5% of GDP they will actually be paying less.

So the Trump government makes decision to bomb Yemrn over WhatsApp, talks to Putin while he is bombing a school in Ukraine, does nothing to discourage the Israelis from killing Palestinians in Gaza, threatens the territorial integrity of Canada and Greenland all while causing global financial chaos

Mark Carney, the new leader of Canada, what a speech Showing how politicians should stand up to Trump. Telling the Canadian people that America can no longer be trusted.

High Court Judges make life and death decisions relating to children and others. Will these powers be removed if they are not to be involved in assisted dying.

Boris’s oven ready Brexit sell out is costing every single man woman child £1800 per annum and in addition is contributing to the increased cost of living of up to £1700 per household.

Pleased to hear Henry Hill pointing out the tax implications of the budget on private pensions which will now be caught by inheritance tax. Any assets left eg. in a Sipp will bear inheritance tax at 40% and any money withdrawn will be taxed again e.g at 40%.
