We know the constitution requires Congress to enact a declaration of war to wage war against a foreign nation.

I think a congressional declaration is also required - and should be - when a president is stupid enough to unilaterally declare war against the American people.

I don’t care if they are of the same political party - at this point, there is no excuse for Congress not having moved to impeach Trump, or his Cabinet to not have activated the 25th amendment.

He is spinning out of control, and is taking all of us and our country down with him.
