I honestly think he suffered a bit too from his foil Thatcher resigning

Yeah - it's really annoying - I just get the odd bits on YT. But brilliant stuff.

I think you're overthinking how I approach social media

I'm just here to share and learn opinions - not here one bit for online clout
November 9, 2025 at 6:44 PM
I mean I suggested half a dozen managers but whatevs
November 9, 2025 at 6:39 PM
also, I'd say West Ham look a lot better than us in recent weeks

But with all of these guys - Glasner, Iraola etc they will need a LOT of games and additional players in Jan to change to their systems if we're going to rescue the season. Why dilly-dallying another month may prove costly. Glasner is not going to be tempted if we're deep in relegation zone.
November 9, 2025 at 5:53 PM
at this point mate, Eddie Howe is not even performing at an average PL managerial level, so I'm not sure if it's in our best interests to be overly picky when it comes to top candidates. For sure, I don't want a Gary O Neil etc.
November 9, 2025 at 5:40 PM
at this particular moment we have enough time (27 games) and resources (Isak $, Jan window) to get a proper upgrade manager... Leave it til we're firmly in the relegation zone late Dec/Jan and top managers may be reluctant to take the risk. Iraola, Glasner, Nagelsmann, Trzic, Mancini would do better
November 9, 2025 at 5:35 PM
I think he did decent (youth, player sales, technical hires) considering he was operating entirely under Mandy's PSR deficit and probably butting heads with EH every step of the way..
November 9, 2025 at 5:30 PM
Yep. Although I'm not letting him off the hook for Mitchell. That was 100% Howe power-play and lo-and-behold...he blew it.
November 9, 2025 at 5:26 PM
there were plenty of other options - it's just yet another one of Eddie Howe's dubious ratings of crap players - he wanted him in the summer of 24
November 9, 2025 at 5:20 PM
and that 0-8 at Brammall Lane feels a long time ago now
November 9, 2025 at 2:50 PM
yep, this squad is custom-built for Howe-ball - and it's an excruciating watch NGL
November 9, 2025 at 2:25 PM
meanwhile half the fanbase is screaming for new contracts and pay rises..
November 9, 2025 at 2:22 PM
whole bunch of players outperformed their natural levels in recent seasons - back to normal now?

IDK man.. it's abject though
November 9, 2025 at 2:18 PM
going to have to be shithousery I reckon - brentford are balanced well-drilled side with lot of in-form dangermen - Damsgaard, Schade, Kayode, Thiago. Beaten better teams than our quite handily in recent weeks.
November 9, 2025 at 12:49 AM
Yeah - Caicedo usually gets a few defcon points at least - disappointing today from him. I captained him this week as thought Haaland might be quiet against the scousers tomorrow - probably regret that..
November 9, 2025 at 12:40 AM
haha - just took a look

always next season mate.. ;-)
November 9, 2025 at 12:14 AM
BTW, I'm bleeding in FPL so far this weekend - now's your chance mate..
November 9, 2025 at 12:00 AM
no arguments from me
