I wouldn't put a heavy, rotating launcher on a drone.

A relatively simple launch tube with drone propellers attached to it would suffice.

Simple and inexpensive.

Seems like a good idea, the current launchers are for helicopters, so why not a smaller, light weight version on an interceptor drone, or on other vehicles like this..
