So, what have we learned about #SkeletalMuscle?
While cytoskeletal organization is very similar, there are marked differences in the use of FoxO signaling and amino acid metabolism. Cell models reflect most but not all signatures of tissue myocytes, so important which one to choose #MyoBlue.
