I know it was effective, but that hectic, full court press, 1 pass and shoot style of basketball TN plays just isn’t for me
Nonetheless, the Iowa women have to learn to take better care of the basketball. I think they learn a lot from tonight.

-they fail to make a bowl game for first time since 2001

Iowa's freshmen aren't playing like freshmen. Teagan Mallegni has zero fear. The #Hawkeyes showcase excitement for playing defense.

The Hawkeyes are off to their first 5-0 start since the 2017-2018 season. Not too shabby for the Jan Jensen era. On Wednesday night, Iowa took down Kansas 71-58 in a 'neutral' environment.

Iowa WBB take - I’ve seen a few takes on Lucy Olsen’s production being down from last year at Villanova.
Yes, scoring is lower - 23.3 vs 17.4
However, this Iowa team is clearly better than Vill
Scoring efficiency is up in nearly every category
And assists up by 1.6/game.
A lot to like.

Really liked what I’ve seen from the Iowa Women’s bball team so far this year.
Lucy Olsen was a fantastic pickup.
Stuelke, O’Grady, and Kylie are all improved from last year.
