So if you look at the diagram, you’ll see that some children are shown to within the node itself. They’re differentiated by either scene file (.tscn) or script file (.cs) and then App-Scene or App-Class depending on wether it’s a scene or just a script without a scene

Basically the App-Scene is the top most class in the hierarchy based on a component design pattern. The C# script which has a ClassDiagram attribute is considered the root of the hierarchy. tscn files are connected based on wether it has a reference to the script, or is a child of a connected tscn.
