i crab pincer the x button to jump while keeping camera. because i am used to that layout. although it is a bit more damaging to hands.which can lead to arthritus etc.

i understand. d pad is better on symetrical. I almost never use it unless needed. but i do know ps2 controller feels better for it.

y point does still stand that i have never used l3 to jump. i would never think to press that. except if i get prompted in a horror game to cral or crouch

cyber punk, uuuh, idk. I play 7 days to die. and x is jump and it never hurt me while moving. just stop looking around for a milisecond lol. but its a pve game. not pvp

also , when its above you have the same range of movement even if l3 is jump. symetrical is only better if you hip fire constantly.

my hands are tiny. i dont need to hold the shoot button. asymmetrical lets me aim and move easier.
