Please have a read through the bill yourself. There is no safeguards against coercion or burden. Doctors can’t assess for coercion.

Sam - I’m trying to lower the temperature. I have written in the telegraph, times. Guardian, BMJ, economist and many other of all persuasions and politics. This is not a political issue. Rather it is a danger to all people

It is the doctors judgment to suggest you might benefit from death? The bill is about having a preemptive death. If a doctor suggests a course of action most listen to it. Yet it is illegal for me to refuse onward referral if you ask me. It’s a one way street. I haven’t misconstrued anything.

The bill is really not comprehensive - in no exaggerated terms there are zero safeguards regarding ‘feeling a burden’ or ‘coercion’

Please read the bill- copied below 4(2) i can ‘suggest’ it and 4(4) ‘must’ effective onward referral.
