I am no expert on brachiopods, but could they be cross sections of a brachiopod with a deep sulcus? The hinge teeth and umbo in those are elaborately bended. Cf: 6-4 in this spirifer cross section from Halamski & Baliński 2019. By the way, Enschede city hall has similar limestone, worth a visit!
