Didn’t he end up torching the place for the insurance?

Probably Foo Fighters.

Exactly this. They have a unique opportunity to create whatever they want right now.

Absolutely fantastic news. Keep on fighting!

One thing they do is cater for a broad spectrum of fans and not just throw everyone into the same category. Make the matchday more than a match, make it a whole community experience.

Also, the stadium looks a show. Particularly the Park End and FE where they ripped all the seats out. And get rid of the netting between Bullens and PE so we can actually see the one screen they have running!

All the “entertainment” is aimed at little kids. The majority of people going are adults though. Mostly women. Think outside the box.

The facilities are so poor. We sit in the Lower Gwladys and there are eight toilet cubicles available for women (one with three where the majority of people sit and one with five further down the concourse). The water from the taps is barely a trickle. The food offering isn’t great.

Arsenal did it last season I think. It was blue and pink. Sold really well. Arsenal are the masters of marketing the women’s game though.

So many Scouse accents there.

The biggest issues are on the pitch. Had we firstly gone after a Lioness this summer, attendances would have been higher.

Had we have played well and be winning games, attendances would have been higher.

The weather doesn’t help. Every single game at Goodison, it’s rained heavily.

They don’t sell any merch with “Everton Women” on.

It’s like they are there, what more do you want?

Hannah Foreshaw came into role when the season was about to kick off. I’d give her a bit slack with regards to overall growth potential until we kick off next season. has been

That’s ridiculous planning.

Lad in work is a red and he went for the rugby. He said it’s a lovely stadium, but terrible to get out of and get to.

He said there were queues that didn’t move at the dock wall. I’ve not experienced that any of the times I’ve been to the match.

Feel sorry for whoever has to make his heatmap.

I don’t think they particularly care. When their main man can’t even be bothered to turn up at HDS.

No, but his hair is.

Charly is the obvious one for me. Merlin should play next to Gana with Garner dropping to RB.

Is that Cenk Tosun and Apostolos Vellios’s love child?
November 8, 2025 at 9:22 AM
He needs loaning out to League One for me. He scores goals and gets in some great spaces, but he’s a highlights player right now. Whether that be working with Tait and a lack of talent around him, I don’t know, but he needs more experience of playing against proper defenders.
November 8, 2025 at 3:12 AM
Problem is, there are businesses and some private residents down those streets.

It was never fully closed off around Goodison during the match.
November 8, 2025 at 2:46 AM
I don’t think he imposes himself on games, but that could just be the dross on the sidelines. He knows where the net is though. Would love to see him loaned out in January so he can get some proper experience.

Certainly on the way to the ground, the Bootle buses I’ve been on haven’t used the coned off lane. On the way back, it’s used to line the buses up (which they frustratingly fill one by one instead of having someone count heads and tell them bus 1, bus 2, etc.
November 7, 2025 at 7:19 PM
Yeah, I think so. Was always going to be the real test because Evertonians have mostly found their way around getting there and back.

Added to the fact there was other events last week in the City Centre and many people didn’t realise the rugby was on, it was like a perfect storm.

ITN run ITV News. That’s not what Sky are buying. Nor are they acquiring ITV Studios.
