Every year on 11 November Lincoln and North Lincolnshire Branch of the WFA remember the Fallen at one of the most unusual locations for a FWW Memorial I’ve ever visited. Thorpe le Fallows placed their memorial on the site of an ancient church… in a field way off the beaten track. #Resurgam

The problem with doing back-2-back tours is the amount of kit I kid myself into believing I need to take with me! Especially when the first tour covers so many different battlefields. Week1 #Normandy #Somme #Vimy #Ypres #Scheldt #Veritable #Blockbuster. Week 2 #WinterWar #Finland
