Had a very disturbing nightmare last night. But nothing a little rain watching can't fix! I'm sitting in this little dry spot in front of my front door with some hot cinnamon spice tea, my blanket, and my journal, hoping for a little more calm.

I adore the river! Nothing like the sight and smell of it. Nothing. I'm so blessed to be near one. To be able to feel my feet in the water!

I'm so thankful for Spring! I've been spending time outside the last couple of days, and the signs are all around me. I spied my first cardinal of the season yesterday! A handsome, fat red beauty. The first bee I saw today sat on a dandelion head. Tiny blossoms dot the trees. Its splendor abounds.

Yoga is such a wonderful practice. One of the best decisions of my life was to start. It's helps me immensely body, mind, and spirit and always leads me to keep my heart open with love.

Nosferatu was an incredible experience. Gorgeous score, imagery. The performance of Count Orlok was straight of my mind when I watch Nosferatu (1922). And the Death and the Maiden reference??
