It seems like a good game if you really enjoy sandbox-style experiences. I bounced off it HARD, because it just drops you on a world and says "go play" without a narrative or any real clear objectives/goals.
Id actually recommend it to people who enjoy the Proteus-style gameplay genre

I went in blind after DA:I and sort of bounced off because I was expecting much more of an RPG, but its an action-RPG with a capital "A", however its a solid action game and definitely worth recommending to fans of that genre
