Nope. Start now. Building cases takes years. Given our situation, I think dedicated professionals disregarded by this administration could make it happen in 10 months. If @crockett.house.gov takes the helm, maybe we can actually get some justice. We need action, and less social media posts.

Yes. It’s called waging Civil War against your own citizens. I believe that’s an impeachable offense. I’m glad that “some Democratic leaders say” it “appears” DHS may be getting away from its original role. Don’t worry folks. We’re in safe hands with leaders with this level of intuition.

Remigration is the goal. People should be aware of this term and exactly what it means to this administration. Not that they were ever hiding their true intentions.

So the agreement will most likely be…Russia pays American companies (after funds and trade unfrozen) to rebuild, Kushner (Trump Family) and the Witkoff’s broker deals that earn them billions, Ukraine gets nothing. I’m not sure why this isn’t being called the Ukraine Surrender Pillage.

I don’t know if I’m more upset with RFK Hotdog responses or how ineffective our congressmen are at questioning someone who’s so clearly out of his depth. They keep thinking Trump officials will bring some kind of decorum. These hearings are a joke. Maybe they approach these hearings like a roast.

Congress should pass a law forcing all executive orders to be legally reviewed by the Supreme Court or independent council to ensure legality in the hopes it creates efficiencies and stops possible blatant violations of the constitution. A person can dream right?

If the president wants to issue an executive order to disappear people, it’s not reasonable to think Congress can pass a law or courts to intervene without a nationwide injunction. Justice Jackson understands the consequences. The court could have created a compromise(test) for national injunctions.

Publicly traded companies will always prioritize profits. For Medicaid and Medicare, State Gov’s audit MCO’s yearly, set amounts that must be spent, monitor denial rates, etc. If only there was a “universal” way we could all have healthcare covered where providers are funded on a budgetary level.

I understand why people like this, but there are consequences. Providers run businesses. If you allow them to charge without limits, they will. Relying on catching bad ones after they’ve been paid doesn’t work well. Ask Arizona how much they recovered after finding $2B in Medicaid Fraud.

That’s just this bill. Wait to add on the reductions in IRS workforce, roll back on regulations (including banking), and unexpected funding needed for increasing disasters, and you’re probably looking at $6-$8 trillion. What’s the worst that can happen?
