I think that whether Congress authorized the invasion & takeover of Greenland would be justiciable - it's analytically different from a challenge to the conduct of an arguably authorized use of force. But definitely not with this SCOTUS. Also I have no idea what criminal laws would even apply.

Folks have mentioned this in the replies, but I think @asharangappa.bsky.social has this one wrong. Per Trump v. US, POTUS has absolute immunity for actions within his exclusive Art II powers. Invading Greenland is an act of war; that's Article I. Court reform + prosecute should be on the table.
