“Don’t generalize other people.” Right…that sounds like guilt. That’s not guilt. It’s wisdom.

2 grade one wins & 1 win as the FAV. That same “work tab” was highlighted by Thorpedo Anna who beat Sierra Leone. Run that headline all day and save the inconsistent SL for MON. Celebrate what deserves celebrating, you know…the 2024 horse of the year. And check the rankings…the travers was no joke.

Why? Seriously…why do they think this is a good idea? Just teach FINANCIAL LITERACY and have regulation around CC qualification. Predators shouldn’t be allowed to continue to prey. Changing the int rate will do nothing.

I hope my math is wrong: 25/26 payroll @ $123M - Wigs, LW3, DSCH, Loon, GP2. 24/25 payroll $171M.Now you @ $183M B4 you re-sign Kuminga.That’s wigs level say $20M & u need fill players (GP2/Loon/LW3/DSch=$22M) Now it’s $220M+ w/Dray, Steph, JBuckets.There HAS to be more 2 this.From the CORNER POCKET

Pretty tough 2get those traits in 1 candidate. You’d be excited learning abut the 1st in an interview. W/ the 2nd you would also know they can scale. And that is why I question it as a pillar. But, this stuff is individual. So who gives a shit. It was still great advice.

Glad I found the podcast.

We both know it’s a bit of both. But if you had to rely on one as a pillar, you’re picking #2 all day long. If u think about in the context of interviewing someone, the candidate that explained the latter will nearly always be the better candidate.

…work.I agree, but perhaps that is a derivative of 1 of the other 2. There r many cross functional leaders who weren’t domain experts. They just happened 2 be truly great leaders. The question comes down to: do U want to be able to demonstrate the work, or develop, encourage & replicate those who can.

Yep, you’re right.
