I think the interview with Chris Philip summed up why our pollutions are held in such low regard. It was a rant with a lack of knowledge on the subject using gutter language continually calling someone a scumbag

I’m sorry but as we keep adding to the bloated HOL (extra 25 today)it becomes an absolute joke and a waste of taxpayers money. Get a grip Labour and sort it out

How do we allow a non resident and presumably a non UK tax payer to donate £9m to a UK political party?
Something is seriously wrong with our systems.

Economically joining the single market is the right thing to do. Labour say they won’t as it’s a political minefield . Starmer said its country before party so why is Labour not moving towards the SM. It’s politics as before just a different rosette colour. British public deserve better

Why doesn’t Sadiq Khan sue Donald Trump for defamation, both personally and on behalf of London. Our so called closest ally is continually talking our great capital and its mayor down with baseless lies

Data centres in the UK should be based at the seaside using their own desalination plants for water and plug into off shore wind for power. They should never be built in areas to compete with Human requirements

Trump suffered so much damage from the BBC panorama programme ( not available in the US) that it took him a year and a nudge from the right wing British press to realise it! BBC made an editorial mistake but with no obvious consequences, an apology and let’s move on to issues that really matter.
November 11, 2025 at 11:08 AM
Once again Farage displays where his allegiance lies and it is as a poodle for Trump.
Also interesting that Trump thinks he is the UK best ally, he has a funny way of showing it!

The best thing that could come out of the BBC controversy is that the grubby hands of politicians should be taken out of the BBC and Robbie Gibb should be the first to go

60% of the British public agree: our voting system is not fit for purpose.

The upcoming Elections Bill is a chance to fix it.

I just signed a @makevotesmatter.bsky.social petition to the Democracy Minister, calling for Proportional Representation. Add your name: actionnetwork.org/petitions/pe...
Petition to Democracy Minister
First Past The Post undermines our politics. It leaves most of us with MPs we didn't vote for, and keeps delivering results that don't represent public opinion. The upcoming Elections Bill is a chan...

Data centres require large amount of water to cool them. We suffer especially in the South East with water supply issues. We are an Island surrounded by sea. Solution build data centres on coast and use sea water or if necessary desalinated water!

What is the obsession of the BBC with Farage? He’s on so many times and never has a positive word to say. Ed Davey represents more parts of the country and the BBC ignore him. So much for impartiality!

I find it amazing that there is so much outrage about a silly chant at a festival compared to the mass deaths and starvation in Gaza, what does that say about our morality and do media and politicians truly represent the views of the nation?

UK went crazy and voted for brexit and it looks like we have learned our lesson and realised our mistake. However the US have voted in the Donald for a second time, what absolute madness, and not only does the US suffer but so does the rest of the world!
