Bazzite is gaming-focused, Bluefin exists more as a general desktop OS and developer workstation.

Bluefin LTS is also based on CentOS, as opposed to Fedora.

Going in depth is hard with a character limit 😅

Bootc is what generates and installs/manages your OS images. Whenever you run a ujust update, you're grabbing a new Bazzite image that was generated with Bootc.

Up until now this was only really possible with Fedora (Or more recently CentOS).

Bootc gets better every day!

This is a proof of concept Arch Linux Bootc image, which also proves the door is open for distros like Debian to get bootc'd.

Credit to Bootc team for getting this working, and Tulip for implementing it in Arch Linux.
