I completely understand your mentality. This is also the idea of many Americans. This is obviously extreme. If this is really done, the United States will most likely face division.

What you said is very crucial. Indeed, if those who undermine democracy before the 2026 election are not held accountable, history will repeat itself. No one wants to see casualties due to conflict.

I understand where you're coming from. It's hard to restore public trust when the institutions and figures that caused it to break down are still manipulating public opinion. Like you, I'm not referring to criminal penalties - I mean there must be structural accountability.

I totally agree. This policy is a slap in the face to the future. When the transition to renewable energy should have been accelerated, it actually regressed to punitive taxation. It directly hurts the energy choice of ordinary people. It is hard to understand who is leading them.

The agricultural products that farmers have worked so hard to grow cannot be delayed. When the government wields the trade war stick, it does not think about what people can do.

This statement hits the nail on the head. The system should be a tool to protect democracy, not a shield for those who destroy democracy. This reality is also a reminder: when facing systemic destruction, if proceduralism has no bottom line, it will become a cover for cowardice. What do you think?

Right? The double standard is just unreal. It's like the constitutional principles are suddenly flexible, depending on who's in power. I've been thinking about the same thing: where is the line between executive power and political showmanship? But what's your take on all this?

But the result will lead to distrust of the Trump administration by former allies. It is a very realistic thing that the president of each country is seeking benefits for his own country.

Indeed, the erosion of America’s global dominance, both economically and geopolitically, has reached a point where even long-time allies are rethinking their positions, and this is being felt by markets and ordinary citizens. I’m curious how you think this shift will play out in the coming years?
