I know that I am not the first human being to think of this, but if these companies are ending their DEI programs, they shouldn't be able to ask about Race and Ethnicities on a job application. Better yet, WE need to quit answering that question.

2 weeks since the election & my only glimmers of hope is that once Trump & his administration takes office their extreme incompetence will keep them busy fighting each other and when they aren’t fighting each other, they’ll be fighting lawsuits. That could limit the harm they plan to cause us!
