The guess is that Nintendo requires the developer/publisher to have a version of the game edited for each territory it is being sold in. NA , Europe, Japan, etc. In Japan nudity and such are banned by Cero. CD PROJEKT got around by having Cyberpunk censored in Japan. But they had to edit a version

Yes nothing I said was untrue Trump can federalize them. If he doesn’t great but the President can. Should he? No not in this case in the case that I was talking about they have and can.

Idk 3 more years of an executive that no branch is reining in. I’d say it’s imperative to weaken it a bit now if and when you can. Preferably this country at some point in the future needs a new system but likely to never happen here. Not in our lifetimes anyway

Don’t need to convince me I’m there. The Executive branch is too powerful in this country and needs to be reined in and weakened. If Democrats are ever able to regain control. It needs to be the first set of laws they pass again

Sure people in the Guard could so could the commander. And I wouldn’t put it passed the federal government at this point to do the latter.

Yes the President can. It’s what happened in the 60s in Little Rock, AR when Orval Faubus used the guard to keep the Little Rock 9 from integrating. And Eisenhower federalized them and forced the integration.
