I'm old enough to remember when failing to pay attention to sharply rising stress in the housing market left you really unprepared for the financial crisis waiting right around the corner.

I'm old enough to remember when failing to pay attention to sharply rising stress in the housing market left you really unprepared for the financial crisis waiting right around the corner.
