So I reckon if the House and Senate actually are capable of removing term limits from the constitution (22nd amendment) then in theory former President Barack Obama (only 63yo) may also run.

Friends, the Federal Executive branch of government been extremely active the last few weeks. Please do not become so distracted that you pay no attention to the Legislative Branch. Look at H.R. 8281 (Save Act). They want to make adjustments to voter registration.
