Stephen Miller says they are looking into suspending habeas corpus for immigrants. I expect DOJ will farm this out as part of the "pro bono" deal - then SUE for real dollars over ineffective counsel when case inevitably fails in Court.

DOJ lawyers are quitting/being suspended left and right over refusal to file false documents or commit perjury in court. Capitulating law firm attorneys are needed to pick up the slack. Hope that free pro bono work is worth losing your law license.

And defending this maneuver could easily fall under the "free pro bono" work for Trump's causes - which include LYING to a Judge's face in Court. Capitulation not worth much when your law license is suspended.
