Not at all - I'm legitimately excited about this. I'd rather go through a rough couple of years than watch them try to throw duct tape on the roster to keep winning 85 games.

I have no idea what cases you're referring to - they didn't hear an appeal from Ghislaine, but that's the extent of SCOTUS' involvement. The only trials they scrapped were for Trump's involvement in J6.

I couldn't be any less sympathetic to that argument. Garland and Biden knew they had 4 years to get this done - there's absolutely no reason not to put every available resource at the DOJ into this. "The clock ran out on us" is a bullshit excuse.
