James Baldwin is amazing, but awkwardly that wonderful statement wasn't made by Baldwin, but rather by a user on Twitter who used the handle "@SonOfBaldwin."

I was looking around for a 3D model of the TNG Engineering Kit, and couldn't find one. So I threw this together in Blender, fairly quickly.
It's not a terribly complicated mesh, but there are a bunch of things I never seem to get to completion and this actually feels finished.

On the topic of commissions, here's a Zatanna I commissioned from Sarah Leuver, aka ComickerGirl, a few years back. (Huh. I just looked it up and it was in 2019).
As I say, I like Zatanna.

I got a coupl'a art commissions from Campbell at Fan Expo Canada just a bit before his _Naomi_ and _Far Sector_ work. This Artemis image hangs on my wall just beside my computer.

Duolingo kind of sucks these days. This was a question from yesterday’s batch. The “correct” answer is not an accurate translation.

I received an email response from the CBC after I filled in their ombudsman form on the weekend.
I find it pretty underwhelming. Mostly because it basically says, "It was our job to 'just ask questions' and the fact that you found it obnoxious is a 'you' problem."

A couple of other books caught my eye, but both are pre-orders. I've seen a number of Sara Tepes videos on YouTube, and I think she has a distinctive style.
I don't think I'm a "beginner" with Clip Studio any more, but I can always learn more techniques. So I might check that out as well.

I suppose a slightly more revealing way of looking at things is via a dependency table. It's been a while since I was actively using SonarQube, but I recall that it could give you this kind of picture.

Let's look at one little example in all of this. There's a dependency between a MailChimp package and an "exceptions" package.
Turns out, that represents 1 single import statement. An import of an exception class used in exactly one place.
To me, that's an anti-pattern.
