I've covered such cases against ICE in the past. Some of that coverage is outlined in my book, "Dispatches from the House of Death — A Juarez Cartel informant, a DEA whistleblower, mass murder and a coverup on the edge of the Empire." houseofdeath.org

Masked ICE agents are violating the 4th Amendment blatantly. The amendment isn't foggy. It doesn't say "citizens." It says "the right of the people" to be secure in their persons and homes. Sue them as John Does. You can if they violate your constitutional rights. I would. See Bivens lawsuit.

It should be lost on no judge that Trump would not call in the National Guard during a real insurrection and then pardoned the criminals involved.

Now he wants to call on the military, even the 82nd Airborne, to invade US cities so he can intimidate law-abiding citizens who didn't vote for him.

These ads are running in Seattle, where the police department is already under-staffed by hundreds of officers.

So, our fed tax dollars are being abused to recruit local cops also funded by our taxes. And worse, ICE is wasting tax dollars by offering $50k signing bonuses.

All so ICE can invade us.

Nothing says fighting crime like sending in the 82nd Airborne. Are coffee fiends in Portland flying too high on caffeine? Or maybe slum lords need paratroopers to evict tenants, like in Chicago? This is beyond abuse of power. It's depraved, like what's in the Epstein files. The ooze from sick minds.

This is one reason they federal agents are masked. If you know who they are, you can file a Bivens claim against them, and they fear that. It has to change. The masks have to go because they are shielding unconstitutional, extrajudicial violations of constituional rights on a mass scale.

Media: Those caught up in the Chicago apartment-building raid all have constitutional rights on US soil.

"A Bivens claim is a civil rights lawsuit. You can file a claim if your civil rights have been constitutionally violated by a federal agent..The federal officer can be held personally liable."

Another "drug boat" blown up, the 4th to date. In the name of fighting terrorism? Can we blow up trucks smuggling cigs and booze now? People died here for a pretense.

Trump is going down a dark alley by declaring a war on cartels. Drug wars never succeed. You can't ban something so many people want.

Trump is declaring a second Prohibition, launched with the Volstead Act. Only his declaration is a king's order nailed to a tree, along with Republicans' tongues.

It's still playing out. Events have a way of overtaking operations.

Anyway, it is insane. And propaganda pretense for what they will do regardless extrajudicially, unless stopped. We'll see how the military responds. The generals certainly know the history of Mexican President Calderon's bloody failed war on cartels.

Trump and his crew are monsters without a clue.

That's why Steven Miller is in Memphis telling cops the gloves are off. This is also aimed at the black community and the left. Nixon used the same strategy in launching the first iteration of the war on drugs during the Vietnam era. Because it allowed him to target blacks and anti-war hippies.

I expected this criminality. Conflating the "war for drugs" with giving Trump war powers. But banks launder the $. So, it's another pretense.

The shutdown is a way for pro-democracy voters to take back some control of their runaway government.

I also think it calms more nerves than not. Hell, I'd shut my car down if it was violently knocking and burning black smoke.

I'd push it to the repair shop if I had to before starting it up again.
