Hard to believe people are more interested in banning books than vetting a candidate and looking for someone who works for them. It shows how our values have shifted.

Sometimes I wonder if Republicans making ridiculous statements cover up a smile or walk away smiling, thinking “I can tell them anything and they’ll believe it!” I couldn’t say what Johnson says at times with a straight face.
