It's great when it works and 100 steps to fix+tons of frustration when it doesn't. When doing taxes authentication to the cra was an authentication nightmare for my wife, and shortly after I did the exact same process and was in in 5 seconds.

As a Canadian directly affected by these tariffs watching this all unfold... I really hope there are some massive changes to improve the checks and balances meant to keep your economic system in balance.

The problem with asking that is the answer isn't necessarily an honest one and more what they want you to hear or think.
