Turkish though🙄🤦♂️ Changed our plane home yesterday three times this week and then refunded me for the seat I’d paid for & hadn’t allocated the legroom seat I needed. Some words were had at Istanbul last night.

Yes, the Dublin debacle (When NATS crashed because of a dodgy French flight plan) was fun. Had to book my own hotel as they couldn’t fly us for two days. No staff to help at airport but they paid up in less than a week for expenses.

It can be hit or miss but generally BA seem to get this stuff right. Good on Lufty too! Turkish on the other hand, well that’s a whole different ball game😡
