The first time I saw one on Long Island, it was about 5 years ago and no one had really seen them here in decades. There had also been a lack of osprey due to some of the pesticide usage, But they are all back in full force!

I'm sure you're right; I am still stunned that we have ANY eagles out on this end of NY!

I just made it to the office It was kind of brutal, the back roads by the farm field or still pretty icy. Be careful out there my friend!
