can't the same software they used to redact also unredact? I know we had to either print and use a marker to reedit, then scan, or redact with software, print and rescan. Did they actually take that step?

I once was editing something where the numbers came from a review article. I like to track down the references and use the original references. Lo and behold- the review article that had been referenced did not accurately summarize the original research. Being neurotic is good in many cases.

there never was any money. We lost money because countries stopped buying from us, and people in the US paid the tariffs on imports.
